Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or a money back guarantee for our Consumable Products. Our Elixir Store products are active on a physical and spiritual level, and have a unique bespoke effect with everyone differently. Please read the list of ingredients before purchasing to make sure the Elixirs are right for you. If you are uncertain or have health concerns, consult a medical professional before placing an order.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
If you receive an incorrect item, you may return the item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you receive an incorrect item, you may return it to exchange for another item. Please wait for a confirmation email that will notify you if your return/exchange request has been approved or not. Do not place a new order intended as the replacement item. Any additional orders processed before the confirmation email has been sent will be considered valid.
Once approved, youâll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control

DAMAGED ORDERS
We offer a 100% money back guarantee or replacement on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping/transit.
Please contact info@elixir-bar.club within 14 days of receiving the package and attach a photo of the product condition. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded.
However, we cannot guarantee refunds reported after 14 days.
